The Journal / The Founder’s Journal

I’m not writing from the finish line.I’m writing from somewhere in the middle.

The Founder’s Journal
I’m building businesses while challenging beliefs that once made me afraid of being visible.
I’m learning that I can pursue wealth and ambition without making either a measure of my worth.
I’m questioning why criticism can still hurt so deeply, even when I know who I am and what I’m capable of.
And I’m discovering that personal transformation isn’t always a dramatic breakthrough.

Sometimes it’s an ordinary moment when you recognise an old belief, feel the familiar fear and choose not to let it make the decision for you.

I’m still becoming.

In The Founder’s Journal, I’ll share what that actually looks like. The decisions behind building businesses, the complicated relationship between ambition and self-worth, the beliefs I’m learning to question and the experiences that continue to change my perspective.

There will be discoveries, mistakes, uncomfortable questions and moments when what I know intellectually doesn’t quite match what I feel.

I’m not here to present a perfectly resolved version of myself. I’m here to explore what it means to build a life, and businesses, that reflect the woman I’m becoming.

And perhaps, along the way, we’ll ask some better questions together.
