For much of my life, I was the woman who knew how to get things done.
Over more than 25 years working across investigations, intelligence, governance and risk, I built a career examining human behaviour, questioning assumptions and understanding how people make decisions. I was capable, independent and accustomed to finding answers.
But life has a way of challenging what we believe about ourselves.
My own experiences led me to question not only what had happened, but the beliefs and expectations shaping the way I lived, the choices I made and what I thought was possible.
I began asking myself a different question.
Not because who I am isn’t enough. But because I realised that being capable of more and allowing myself to pursue it are not always the same thing.
She Rebuilds Collective grew from that exploration. It’s a place where lived experience meets professional insight, practical tools and a belief that women deserve the freedom to choose how they want to live.
I’m still becoming. And that’s part of the point.
